Oh, my feet!

The wedding was beautiful. I didn't cry, but R did. Every single one of the church-going folks who think that everyone who believes differently will go to a VERY BAD PLACE came up to me and told me how very beautiful the ceremony was and that they'd never seen or heard anything like it before.

Heh.

The reception was great and the DJ was terrific. I did not make a fool of myself doing the waltz with my son; I did a fairly great job doing the Electric Slide. I did make a bit of a fool of myself trying to learn how to do the dance "Strokin"

My feet are so sore I'm hobbling. That's a statement of fact, not a complaint! I had a great time!

I hope to have pictures to post very soon. I was hoping to be able to post things tonight, but the pictures my granddaughter took with my camera pretty much are worthless, and the battery on the video camera is dead so recharging the thing so I can load it will have to wait till tomorrow.

But, it was all so very good. And now I must drag my weary body and aching feet to bed so I can be up and about early to go watch the gift opening.
