This is a picture of Bree, our resident Diva of the Feline Variety. She looks crabby because we were trying to coax her to come inside, and she much preferred her spot under the hibiscus.
Here is a picture of Robert's leg post surgery. It is suspected that the bruising is because of a bleed out inside the knee. All that blood had to go somewhere, so since the drain had already been removed, it invaded the rest of the leg, creating a whole lot of edema and color.
This is a picture of Robert's knee all stapled together. He only had 19 staples to close it this time; I believe he had 23 staples when his left knee was repaired. I believe he'll get the staples removed tomorrow at his therapy appointment. I'll probably take pictures of it when it's done. I'll show you how much the bruising has improved, too.
I didn't get any pictures taken of the baby blanket today; it was dismal here and the light absolutely sucked most of the day. So, I'll take pics when it's a little brighter.

Wow, I was just feeling sorry for myself when I looked at the bruise on my arm from the PICC line at the hospital last week, but his bruised leg really puts it all in perspective. That stapled knee looks like some elaborate holiday loaf of bread. Poor guy. I hope he mends swiftly.
Bree looks every inch the Diva, in fact. Regal and beautiful. I'll bet she's bossy!
