That's ME!
Home today with what appears to be a blocked tear duct. Woke up this morning with my eye glued shut; last night it was swollen and ached like a corneal abrasion. It's not conjuctivitis, though, and the tear duct is obviously swollen. I'm already on antibiotics for something else, so heath-wise I'm just waiting for my eye to return to a more normal appearance.
So, the day is being filled with email and phone calls and doing a bunch of stuff around the house - I'm making clutter *disappear* and loving it! Time to get back to a simpler, more peaceful existance. Once spring arrives I don't want to be chained to the house! I've got PLANS. They may be done alone, but you know what? That's OK!
Now, back to eliminating the unneeded excess, and 30 minutes on the treadmill.
Slainte!

So sorry to hear about your eye..that must feel majorly sucky. I hope it feels better soon.
Pleased that you found a 'bright side' though and your "Abracadabra" type vanishing tricks sound very intriguing..do you have a hunky male magician's assistant there to kook pretty and wipe your brow? If not, then get a grip girl..time to go get one!
Feel better soon xx
*laughs* I don't think I'd get much work done if I had a hunky male magician's assistant. But, it would be nice to see what magic could be performed. LOLOL!!!
Thanks, Diane.
Haha, I just re-read my comment and realise I said 'kook pretty' instead of 'look pretty'..still, if you can get a nice semi-naked man round, what a bonus if he can rustle you up some spaghetti and meat balls too ;)
I can heat that up in the microwave as one of my nutrisystem meals. LOL Save the boy toy for other things! LOL
Ah, window cleaning..gotcha :)
yep, yep, that's it. Geez, you know me so well!!!! ;)
I know..uncanny, isn't it? I guess we're just two gals, seperated by an ocean but joined by our spookily similar ideas for maximum utilisation of naked magic men!
I can think of many, MANY things that are much more suited to a semi-naked hunky male than window cleaning! Don't forget theres always floors to sweep, dusting to do, etc... ;-)
It was wonderful to catch up with you yesterday Kate! So sorry I've not been around much.
*HUGE HUG*
