Do you know how shocked I was to get a call from Orion? It was great, it was wonderful and I think I need to kick myself for not calling him just to chat with voices more often. Thanks, Jeff.
The doc says from the surgical standpoint, my eye is healed - I know this because I don't have to crawl down from the ceiling anymore if I accidentally rub it too hard with the washcloth when I wash my face. But, the vision part is going to take a long time to normalize. I'm hoping that when I can actually get my reading glasses, it will turn the corner on things. Long story. If I can, I'll start jotting the tale down in bits and post it when it's done.
